TENTH GATE MASTER CYLINDER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Our Tenth Gate Master Cylinder will be take place in the fascinating city of San Cristóbal de las Casas in Chiapas, Mexico. Since Tenth Gate is about LIVING TRUE LIVES AS TRUE ONES, we will be staying at the Villa Mercedes Hotel in the city, rather than being in a somewhat isolated resort. This will make it easy for us to interact with the people of San Cristóbal, much like we did during Eighth Gate -2 in Puno, Peru.

Our hotel is the largest hotel in San Cristóbal, but is still small and intimate. It has a lovely garden with resident peacocks. There is free wireless internet in our rooms for those who bring their own laptops. The hotel also has a Business Center where computers can be rented.

San Cristóbal has a large Mayan population with several large artisan's market. Here you will find an abundance of fascinating items to buy, including weavings, huipils, woodcarvings, pottery, hand embroidered blouses and blankets - all made in Chiapas and Guatemala. It also has a variety of excellent restaurants. It is one of the most charming and fascinating cities of the world.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
We will have seven full days of preparations before the Tenth Gate Activation Ceremony.
If you are in a double or triple room, you may either choose your own roommate or ask us to try to find one for you. Roommates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best.
DOUBLE ROOM 10th GATE PACKAGE: US $1544 per person
Includes: 10 nights in a Double Room, 10 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 9 dinners (beginning on September 4th), transportation to and from our 10th Gate Activation Site, donations to a Mayan project, and all 10th Gate Master Cylinder sessions and activities with Solara, Omashar, our 11:11 Workshop Facilitators and our magnificent One Being.

NOT INCLUDED WITH SINGLE, DOUBLE OR TRIPLE ROOM PACKAGES:
Travel expenses from your home to the Hotel Villa Mercedes in San Cristóbal de las Casas and back, beverages, snacks, laundry, internet charges, telephone calls, and any personal expenses.
All meals are buffet style with options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
Since 10th Gate opens the door to our New True Lives, it is essential that as many countries as possible are represented. Because of this, we may need to limit the amount of people participating from each country in order to make spaces available for more countries. If so, you will be put on a waiting list and we will try our utmost to get you in. The 10th Gate Master Cylinder will definitely fill up.We invite you to complete your registration form as soon as possible.

TRAVEL DETAILS
If you arrive by airplane, you would fly from Mexico City to Tuxtla Guitiérrez. We will organize airport shuttles from the airport to our hotel for you, if you would like. The trip takes about forty minutes. Prices will be determined by the number of people. (The more people traveling with you, the cheaper it becomes.) Please let us know your flight information if you require an airport transfer.
The Hotel Villa Mercedes is offering us our special group rates for those who wish to arrive a few days early in order to acclimate to the high altitude and rest from your travels. This is highly recommended. The special rates also apply for three days after our Master Cylinder.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Your registration is final once we have received all your information and your DEPOSIT. Please don't send a payment until your registration has been confirmed. Once your registration is confirmed, you need to send your deposit immediately in order to reserve your place. (Because we have such a short time before Tenth Gate and many people who wish to come, we are not able to hold rooms for those who do not meet our payment deadlines.) Please do not book your flights until we have received your deposit.

BEFORE AUGUST 8, 2011:
Your payment will be returned minus a $500 administration fee.AFTER AUGUST 8, 2011:
No refunds will be given unless we find someone to take your place. This is because we have already paid the hotel. If so, your payment will be returned minus a $500 administration fee.
