JANUARY 2002: ANYONE FOR TENNIS?

Entering 2002, the composition of the prevailing energies has once again been enriched. More new elements have been added to the mix, creating an ever-evolving formula which continues to bring profound changes into our lives.The pace has quickened considerably since the changeover to a new year. Things are going to accelerate even faster as this month progresses. A whirlwind of dramatic changes is coming our way in this month of heightened activity. The changes will be coming from several directions at once, forcing us to be extremely nimble and keeping us impossibly busy.
It will feel like we are playing a game of tennis against 20 - 30 people, not only on the other side of the net, but off to the sides and behind us as well; all of them lobbing balls at us. Each ball is important and they're all coming at us quickly from often unexpected directions.
This barrage of activity and new opportunities gives us no time to carefully think things out or make plans for the future. Instead, we must adopt a Zen-like stance, doing our best to hit as many balls as possible. Some balls will inevitably fall to the ground, not because they were unworthy or we didn't want to hit them, but because there were simply too many to deal with.
We will be dealing with the resolution of old issues as well as the opening up of our New Directions. Many of those old unresolved conflicts and situations in our lives will be finally completed during the first few months of 2002. This is because we simply can't take the old baggage into our New Directions. These resolutions will happen so quickly, it will be like a blur of events, and then suddenly we will be completely free from them.
During January it will also become ever more apparent that the glue which holds many of us together in Oneness has become indelibly strong. This super glue is in the process of replacing the thin flour and water paste which formed our previous bonds. The old paste is losing its effectiveness and loosening many of our old connections.
What this means, is that many more people and situations will continue to leave our lives. If our connections with others have been held together with the old paste, they will very quickly come unstuck, almost effortlessly undoing themselves. We could experience sudden ruptures with people we have known for a long time. Anger might flare up or a quick resolution will appear from almost out of nowhere and suddenly these people are totally out of our lives.
And if the connections are made with the glue of Oneness, they will not only remain, but they will strengthen, like Super Glue. If we are moving into the Greater Reality, we will be drawn to those people and situations also moving into the Greater Reality-- those embodying Love, Compassion and Oneness. And if we are remaining in the duality-based Warped World spoken of in the Year 2002 Surf Report, we will be drawn to those also inhabiting this distorted reality-- those embodying anger, judgement and retribution.
Since the veils between the worlds are rapidly dropping and there is such a dramatic disparity in resonance between them, never before has it been more true that LIKE FOLLOWS LIKE. It's like two very differently charged magnets pulling us to either one or the other of them. It becomes increasingly clear that these two magnets are no longer aligned to each other; there's no magnetic pull between them. There's a total neutrality between them which is causing them to become ever more invisible to one other.
Throughout the month of January new opportunities will present themselves. As we make the efforts to move ourselves outside all our boxes, more of the extended landscape will be revealed. There will be many highly visible signposts pointing to our New Directions. All we have to do is step out of our old ways of thinking and being and look larger. And become larger.
It's important that we don't make plans based on the old status quo. Things like, "Let's see, at the income I'm presently making doing this job that I don't particularly like, in three years, I might be able to afford a new car." Or, "I guess that I'll settle for this restricting relationship since it's probably the best I'll find." We need to become much freer in our perceptions. It's like folding the sides of the box outwards and setting ourselves free. We are entering a much larger world in which the Unexpected abounds.
The events of last year should have taught us that in a big way. Anything can happen. And all we really have is the present. Since the present is all we have, then there are no more reasons to hold ourselves back. What are we saving ourselves for? Who knows what the future will bring or even if there will be a future, so let's bring our finest into each moment. Let's fill each moment with our full Love. Let's treat each moment as if it was sacred. Let's honor and respect our fellow humans. Let's shower everyone / everything with our Love and Compassion.
OPENING THE LOTUS
Inside our beings is an inner sanctum which could be perceived as a lotus. This is our most private and sacred place. Most people aren't aware of their inner sanctum and don't ever go there. Some of us go there occasionally where we sit on the throne of our being. The center of our lotuses is a very sacred place, a place of great tenderness and vulnerability. Because of this, we are very protective of our inner sanctum.
Once in a rare while, we encounter someone who also can enter our inner sanctum. Usually, we don't invite them in; they are just there. When this happens, we share a very deep connection.
Now that we are being called to go deeper into the Greater Reality, it's time to once again enter the lotus of our inner sanctum. This time, we are going to fold the petals of our lotus outwards, opening our lotus for all to see. We are going to start embodying our Core Being.
Once we do this, a new, deeper inner sanctum will be revealed. This inner lotus could not be perceived as long as we remained in our previous one. It's only by folding back the petals that the new one is revealed. Once we can see the new lotus, it's time to enter it and sit in our new inner sanctum.
Then fold open the petals and perhaps, you might find yet another lotus...

Rerouting Opportunities Abound:
Whenever there are blockages or things don't happen quite as you would like them to, simply understand that things are being rerouted to bring them into alignment with the state of RIGHT TIME, RIGHT PLACE.
There is no time to sit and ponder whether we should take these new opportunities which are being presented to us. If it feels right, do it. Leap! And then leap again!
Many people and situations are going to be leaving our lives. The resonance is shifting dramatically, making this is a natural occurence. Let go gracefully and wish them well.
If you feel empty, embrace that feeling. It's a good thing and something that all of us experience when huge chunks of our old ways of being and doing things leaves our lives. This is a pregnant emptiness, a sacred place where we await the birth of the New.
As we consciously live in our One Being, we also nourish and strengthen the resonance of Oneness throughout the world.
