8th Gate Master Cylinder Registration Information
The beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain will be the site of the first 8th Gate Activation. Our Master Cylinder Group will be staying at the lovely Hotel Mon Port nestled in the hills above Port d'Andratx in southwestern Mallorca. Our hotel has graciously decided to open a week early specially for us, so we will have the entire hotel to ourselves.
The Hotel Mon Port has seventy rooms plus both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzis as well as lovely garden areas and a conference room. It also has a charming restaurant and patio where we will be having our meals. There is a computer for guest use and also a wireless internet area in the reception where you can connect your own laptop. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is gentle and loving. All of the rooms are double rooms, although they can also be occupied as single rooms. And each room has its own private balcony!
Since February is the off season in Mallorca, a majority of the hotels, restaurants and shops throughout the island will be closed. Because of the intimate nature of 8th Gate and the intense Love energies of the exquisite Lotus World, it is of great benefit that we will all be staying at the same hotel and eating all our meals together.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Since 8th Gate is so vitally important, we will have seven full days of preparations instead of our usual six, before the Activation Ceremony.
Both Single and a Double Room 8th Gate Packages are available. If you wish to be in a double room, you may either choose your own roommate or ask us to try to find one for you. Roommates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best.

TRAVEL DETAILS
SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM PALMA TO HOTEL MON PORT IN PORT d'ANDRATXShuttle service is available on February 3rd only from Palma Airport or city, to Hotel Mon Port in Port d'Andratx. Price for pickup is 50 Euro per taxi, maximum four persons. Minivans will also be available if needed.
Shuttle service to the Palma Airport and city from Port d'Andratx will only be available on February 13th.
EARLY ARRIVALS
The Hotel Mon Port will be opening for the season on February 3rd, our arrival date. If you want to arrive in Mallorca earlier than that, you will need to find your own hotel. We have obtained special group rates at the Hotel Mirador in Palma for anyone wishing to spend a few days in the lovely city of Palma. The Hotel Mirador is a sweet, small hotel with a friendly staff, located opposite the scenic boat harbor and near to the center of town.
Information on all this, will be in the Registration Details you will receive upon registering.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Your registration is final once we have received all your information and your payment AND when you have received our confirmation. Since we are nearing capacity, please don't send a payment until your registration is confirmed. We would strongly recommend that you wait until you have received our confirmation before booking your flights!

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payments in full are greatly appreciated to meet our payment deadlines with the hotel.
You may pay in full at any time before January 11, 2007.
To reserve your place, a minimum payment of $400 is required with your registration form.
December 11: 50% of your total 8th Gate Package must be paid.January 11: 100% of your total 8th Gate Package must be paid.
CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION
BEFORE DECEMBER 11:
Your payment will be returned minus a $400 administration fee.AFTER DECEMBER 11:
No refunds will be given unless we find someone to take your place. If so, your payment will be returned minus a $400 administration fee.
